Using our proprietary technology (you
need to see it to believe it) PDSLogistics will track all
of your shipments using a “Predictive Modeler”. You can
even flag your most important shipments to send you
alerts to your cell phone, email address, or any other
device that you choose.
There are numerous carrier billing
mistakes, service delivery failures, and erroneous
accessorial charges that occur on each shipping invoice.
PDSLogistics guarantees to reduce freight costs with our
transportation audit solutions, which include: UPS,
FedEx, truck (FTL & LTL), ocean freight, rail freight,
and air freight auditing.
Using innovative technology, our team
of experienced former UPS, FedEx and DHL employees will
deliver maximum parcel shipping and freight cost savings
by ensuring each carrier invoice is correct. Depending
upon which shipping carriers you currently use, we will
conduct a freight pre-audit and/or freight post audit of
each shipping invoice. Our audit services will identify
shipment billing errors and late deliveries.
PDSLogistics
will manage the carrier audit refund process to make
certain you do not overpay any of your carriers.
When you pay for an express shipment,
you are paying for a specified delivery window.
Statistics have shown that every carrier misses an
average of 10% of their delivery windows. It is
considered a Service Failure if it arrives one-minute
later than what you've paid for. We will process
claims for your shipments that have failed to be
delivered on-time per your carrier service level
agreement.
At least 2% of your shipments never
arrive to their destination. Make sure you are getting
the proper return on your investment. PDSLogistics also
provides services for filing your insurance claims.

A.R.T. (Auditing in Real Time)
Overview
A.R.T. is a suite of orchestrated
applications which perform the following:
-
Track express freight
shipments through express (or small-parcel)
networks designed and serviced by 3PL providers
(e.g. DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.) from
operational 3PL shipment data.
-
Determine probabilistic
forecast on express freight successfully
arriving at its destination within the
3PL-defined SLA (service-level agreement)
guaranteed delivery time.
-
Allow shippers to build
business relationship-centric business rules to
automatically risk mitigate SLA failures.
-
Cross-reference 3PL-provided
audit/billing/invoice information against
operational data to expose discrepancies in
billing and service.
-
Automatically file shipper
SLA failure and loss/damage claims with the
appropriate 3PL where applicable.
-
Provide
user/group/department/company views into
operational and heuristic shipping data.
-
Provide empirical
cost/efficacy analysis per-3PL for given routes
of freight destination.
A.R.T. is intended for companies
shipping 100 pieces of freight (or more) daily (or
equivalent).
VFR (Virtual-Force A.R.T.)
Overview
VFR is “A.R.T.-LITE”; offering a
subset of A.R.T. functions (1, 4, 5 and partially 6,
listed in the Overview section above) for companies
shipping between 5 and 99 pieces of freight through
express (or small-parcel) networks serviced by 3PL
providers.
